Lindsy, what made you want to break into the charcuterie business?
I have always loved to host parties at my house. We usually have family over for Christmas and one year I made a charcuterie tree. Family members commented on how beautiful it was and encouraged me to start my own business, and a year and a half later here we are! I have been blessed with a wonderful community and family that have helped support a hobby that became a dream!

At Johnson’s Charcuterie Artistry we love a good celebration. Our founder is a planning genius! Whether she is planning fundraisers for nonprofits or family parties she is a celebration guru. All of our artists are skilled in tying in your celebration theme with the products that are being offered. We are experts at creating art you can eat!
Do you offer any seasonal or themed boards, like for holidays or special events?
One of our favorite things to do is themed boards, tables, and cups! We love to help bring your celebrations to life. We offer holiday themed (and sometimes shaped) boards. In the past we have offered 3D charcuterie trees, heart shaped charcuterie boards, and Christmas tree shaped Charcuterie boards. If we can’t find a board to match your theme we always have letter and number boards which we love to accent with toothpicks to match your theme. We work closely with a local business that creates custom wood toothpicks guaranteed to wow your guests!
Can I pre-order a charcuterie board for a special occasion, and how far in advance do I need to place an order?
Pre-orders are our favorite! We love to know exactly what you want and bringing your charcuterie dreams to life. We typically ask for at least 3-5 days notice for pre-orders.
What makes your selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments stand out in terms of quality?
Our meats, cheeses, and accompaniments are only the highest quality locally sourced ingredients. We work tirelessly with our suppliers to make sure we are able to offer the freshest unique offerings that reflect our community.
How do you ensure that every charcuterie board is fresh and beautifully presented?
We ensure that every charcuterie board is fresh by sourcing products directly from farm to board. Our artists work tirelessly to ensure that our presentation is guaranteed to knock your socks off!
Do you offer delivery for events, or can I pick up my order from your location?
We offer delivery for any order at a small fee or you can pick up at either our West Chester or Lincoln University locations.
What services do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of services to meet any of your celebration needs. We do everything from Ladies Nights with a charcuterie class (we work with local wineries or we can come to you!), we can create boards and cups of all shapes and sizes to meet your needs. We also recently added our Mobile Charcuterie Cart to our repertoire. Our charcuterie cart offers a BYOB (build your own board) experience for your guests! Can I get a combination of boards for large events, like weddings or corporate gatherings?
Yes! We love a good combo! Some of our creations have been our build-a-box creations where we have provided boards of different shapes and sizes. We love curating art for any of your gatherings.
