The Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce hosts this evening to recognize an individual and

Citizens of the Year, James Sumner and Etha McDowell, were recognized as a progress married couple actively involved in the community.

Following the presentation of awards, a buffet dinner catered by Peppercorns Catering, and the drawing of door prizes donated by local businesses and organizations, DJ Chuck Jackson provided music for dancing for the remainder of the evening.
